The Challenge
BC Condos had thousands of contacts sitting dead in their CRM. Some hadn't been touched since 2021. Manually calling through 2,313 leads to figure out who was still interested, whether they wanted to buy or sell, and what to do next was not going to happen. They needed a system that could revive these leads, run the right conversation for each one, and handle the next steps without waiting for a human.
The Solution
BC Condos runs two RevRing agents, both named Sofia, built on separate conversation flows: one for buyers, one for sellers. The buyer flow qualifies on budget, neighborhoods, property type, and timeline, then books consultations through Cal.com. The seller flow captures property details, collects the address and estimated value, and calls a custom tool to submit Comparative Market Analysis report requests through Google Forms, feeding directly into the brokerage's valuation workflow. Both agents draw from a knowledge base loaded with Vancouver market data, neighborhood comparisons, and CMA submission requirements. Test suites validate the buyer and seller branching logic before every new list goes live. Leads flow in automatically via Intercom webhook integration. In under two months, seven qualified leads surfaced from a list everyone had written off, representing $5.95M in potential transaction volume at an average of $850K per deal.
